GE3S Rescheduling and Refund Policy

By completing your registration for a course and making a full payment, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions: You have the right to cancel your booking at any time at the following terms.
• You can reschedule or cancel your training appointment by wilting to us contact@ge3s.org
• When you reschedule traning, you will receive a new email confirmation. If you do not, please contact us immediately to confirm your training was rescheduled.
• You may reschedule or reschedule your training up to 7-days prior to your training without incurring a rescheduling fee.
➢ If you reschedule training fewer than 7 days, but more than three days before the scheduled date, you will be charged a 50% fee.
➢ You cannot reschedule your training after midnight on the third day before your scheduled training appointment. For example, Wednesday appointments cannot be rescheduled after Sunday, 11:59 p.m. GST.
➢ If you miss your training date or fail to reschedule at least 3 days prior to your exam, you will forfeit the entire training registration fee.
When you reschedule your training, you will receive a new training confirmation email from GE3S. If you cancel, you will receive a cancellation notice. If you do not, please contact us at contact@ge3s.org immediately to confirm your traning was rescheduled or canceled.

• GE3S reserves the right to cancel a course if number of delegates have not reached the minimum required to run the course effectively. GE3S also reserves the right to cancel in the event of an unforeseen circumstance which disables a safe training environment. In the event of a cancellation, Training will either arrange for an alternative course date or offer a full refund of the fee paid.
